Hello, this is Flower Jem.
Tonight (Japan time), I have listed another Akoya pearl necklace.
This necklace was originally made on October 5, 2024.
It was briefly listed once, but after that it remained in a waiting state until today.
The reason is that a certain customer was considering purchasing several pearl necklaces. Until that customer decided which necklace to buy, I temporarily withdrew this one from listing.
Flower Jem is a very small shop, so things like this are relatively easy for me to do.
In the end, the customer purchased a different necklace.
But this necklace with yellow thread somehow remained unlisted.
Quite a terrible story, isn’t it?
As I mentioned in yesterday’s news as well, there are around twenty finished pieces like this that have never been listed yet.
Today, after finishing my weekday job, I returned home around 7 p.m.
I had gone to bed at 2:30 a.m. last night and woke up at 6 a.m., so I was extremely sleepy.
My weekday work also involves a lot of physical labor, so I was completely exhausted. Even after coming home, I couldn’t really move for about an hour.
Eventually I took a short nap and started working on listing this necklace around 9 p.m.
The photographs were already taken on October 5, 2024.
But there was no article written for it, so I wrote one today.
As usual, I simply started writing and waited for the feeling to come.
Perhaps because I had just woken up, it took quite a long time for the words to start flowing tonight.
Whether the mood comes or not, my writing tends to wander off in many directions anyway.
I described the luster as “3 plus” on a five-level scale, but even if this necklace were placed in an ordinary jewelry store, it would probably still be above average.
The necklace itself might even be saying,
“Don’t underestimate me.”
Back in October 2024, when this necklace was made, I was excitedly trying to create necklaces with many different thread colors.
I made several all-knotted necklaces using various colored threads, arranged them together, took a group photograph, and celebrated quietly by myself.
However, now only the yellow and blue ones remain.
Their friends have all departed for distant countries.
From now on, little by little, I hope to create more blue pearl necklaces using many different thread colors.
Like flowers blooming everywhere in spring, I would like to see blue pearl necklaces with many colorful threads filling the Flower Jem website.
Well… I think that turned out to be a pretty nice ending.
Pearl bless you.
