Refund and returning goods
In principle, I accept returns. As a guideline, if you want to return the product within 30 days after receiving it, please send it back. Since pearls are marine products, it is strictly impossible to exchange them for the exact same pearls when returning them. If you wish to exchange, I will do my best to provide similar pearls, but this may not be possible due to stock availability.
However, please only pay for the shipping fee to be returned.
Of course, I always try to avoid any cases of returns or exchanges.
