Mastering The Art Of Japanese Pearls: Quality, Grading, And Care Demystified

I’ve been building this site for about half a year, but it still had some imperfections.

I haven’t finished creating the contents of the following items on the bottom menu of the top page.

  • Pearl Quality
  • Pearl Grading
  • Pearl care
  • Act on specified commercial transactions
  • Repairs

Regarding the grade and quality of pearls, I have summarized them in past articles for the time being.

It seems to be very difficult to stipulate a fair grade because the evaluation varies depending on the grade of the pearl and each classification agency, and even with the same classification agency, the evaluation differs depending on the trading company.

It was a warm day today, so Lulu was basking in the sun.

However, I would like to properly announce the grade of pearls to our customers. I would like to have an easy-to-understand standard with about 4 ranks of ABCD.

Also, there seems to be a problem with the contact form on this site. I am in Japan, but it seems that the initial settings of this site made it impossible to send me an email from overseas using the contact form.

I thought it was typical of Japan that the default setting was to deny access from overseas.
There are many pearl shops in Japan. So there is no room for me to enter. I would like people overseas to know more about Japanese Akoya pearls than in Japan.

Despite this, my site was denying access from overseas, which is putting the cart before the horse.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the customer who made me aware of this.

I am part of a Japanese company with an Akoya pearl farm. Apart from the company, I personally run an Akoya pearl shop. I would appreciate it if I could share smiles with various people through pearls.
