I have been incredibly busy lately preparing to make necklaces. It requires a tremendous amount of effort to sort through all the pearls. It takes time, but I haven’t quite finished making the necklaces yet. However, in the midst of it all, I received the most delightful review from a customer on Etsy. I couldn’t be happier!
I had been searching for a special blue akoya pearl necklace for last few months, and I lucked out when I found Masayuki store on Etsy. We communicated, fast response time, he altered the necklace length to my desire for free (added two additional pearls). Fast shipping, four business days. Pearls far exceed my expectations! And once you see them, you’ll know what he means by they glow in dark. Excellent feel to pearl necklace. He also included a video showing the pearl sorting and making. I always buy jewelry with meaning and knowing where it comes from. How often can one say I know the region where my pearls were harvested, and have video of my pearl being made. This is better service than a high end jewelry store. He also added a tissue case made from his mother’s kimono, and a nice personal letter. Seller has won my loyalty!
Certainly, I have received numerous fantastic reviews in the past. I may have had a deeper connection with this particular customer as I sent them videos of the necklace-making process. Nonetheless, this is a significant source of motivation for me. Thank you so much.
These are photos taken during my trip to a pearl farm in a distant location in early May. I aspire to live my life like these trees, reaching straight up towards the sky.
