Hello.
Tonight, I listed a pair of pearl earrings called “Duck Lips.”
This week, I have been gradually listing pearl pieces that have been sleeping for a while. The pieces I have been listing over the past few days were made in September 2024. I once took them down from my shop, and somehow they simply remained unlisted after that.
Today is Thursday, and since Monday I have managed to list one piece each day.
There are many other things I would like to do. I want to work on metalsmithing, make new pieces, work with pearls that I still haven’t even touched, and write another newsletter.
But for now, I am giving priority to listing the pearl pieces that are already finished.
My weekday job has also been quite busy lately, and there are many days when I don’t get home until around 9 p.m. The challenge is how quickly I can start working with pearls after I get home.
And in that respect, the presence of the two people who work in my room makes a big difference.
They are only there on Mondays and Tuesdays, but even so, on those days I can come home and get off to a rocket start.
When they aren’t there, I sometimes find myself endlessly scrolling through social media instead.
Social media really is frightening.
And yet, while thinking that, I post Reels and other things on Instagram myself.
Anyway, the pearls I have been listing this week are quite lovely.
I still have several finished pearl pieces waiting to be listed.
Of course, I want someone to buy them.
But at the same time, I also want to increase the number of pieces in my shop.
It is a slightly complicated feeling.
In other words, I will be happy whether you buy them or don’t buy them.
There are still quite a few finished pieces that haven’t been listed yet. Once I have taken care of those, I would like to write another newsletter too.
And somehow, it is already almost the weekend.
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
Pearl Bless You.
